With Dan Wieden, he oversees all global creative work while also focusing on the Asia offices in Tokyo, Shanghai and New Delhi. He opened the W+K Tokyo and Shanghai offices and lived in Japan for 6 years. Jay also serves as Co-Creative Director of W+K Tokyo Lab, the independent music label in Japan, which he founded in 2003. Studio J, his personal creative space in Portland has launched several new projects in design, product development and lifestyle environments. He also founded the Jay Scholarship at The Ohio State University's College of the Arts.
