OVERVIEW

The ADC Education Department is committed to helping young creatives explore the diverse world of visual communications with year-round events for high school and college students.
Every semester, the ADC brings together young professionals and NYC public high school students in our Saturday Career Workshop series. Leaders share their experiences launching their careers and guide students through a variety of creative projects. In July, the Henry Wolf Summer Photography Workshop provides students with an opportunity to work with established photographers and explore the cultural landscape of New York City, camera in hand.
College students are eligible for numerous scholarships and may compete in the ADC’s prestigious Annual Awards. Each May, the best students from across the country are invited to the National Student Portfolio Review. Students spend three days sharing their work with top creatives, receiving career advice and critical feedback.
All students are welcomed as members of the ADC community, with access to special events, parties, speaker series, and exhibitions. Student membership offers the same benefits as our regular membership, but at a deep discount.
